AUTISM + NEURODIVERSITY AT WORK
Distinctability is pleased to announce the launch of our advanced, comprehensive, modular eLearning suite, developed in Partnership with Specialisterne.
Designed specifically for employers and organizations supporting employers, this unique modular series provides both knowledge and models to grow understanding and organizational inclusivity in an engaging, thought-provoking and compelling style.
The initial 5 Module Phase 1 series covers:
The Foundation Module contains 40-45 minutes of interactive learning. All other modules contain 20-30 minutes of similar study.
The series is designed to both inform and to change mindsets, instilling new levels of understanding and preparedness, and provides learning for all employees, for managers, for HR professionals and for those setting policy & strategies.
Extensive information and knowledge combine with interactivity, videos, visuals and understanding quizzes to create a rich and rewarding experience.
The Modules are available from our own on line Academy Portal or for export to your own LMS or Learning Environment, and (again uniquely) can easily be tailored and contextualized to include your own strategies and reflect your own style and approach. Start with the powerful Foundation Module and then determine your requirements for the others.
Download curriculum details on the link you can see and view extracts from the Foundation Module below.
All Modules are available in both English and French versions.
